Today’s the day I start to quit feeling sorry for myself.
What do you think about that?

Today’s the day I start to quit feeling sorry for myself.
What do you think about that?
thanks for your comment on my blog.
I think today is always an excellent day to make a small step in self-improvement. I like to give myself pity party breaks but I do it less and less because I’ve come to see they are a waste of time.
Good luck!
Thanks for your comment. In response to your question, teaching in Minnesota would be interesting. However, there are a lot of Pakistani students right here in Chicagoland and very few Pakistani teachers. So I think for now I’m going to stay where I am.
Amen brother! I think I will join you as well.
I got an “Amen!” from the congregation. I must be on the right track! Thanks, Carson.
I try to not feel sorry for myself. I think this is a great step, feel sorry for poor people instead
Its all relative. You could be living on a dollar a day or less. You could be homeless. You could be completely without people that love you. You could be fighting in the war. You could be living in an igloo or wandering in the wilderness without shoes. You could be muttering to yourself in a cabin someplace in Montana. You could be begging in Calcutta. You could be hiding under a tree with the Janjaweed searching for you and your family.
On the other hand, you could be up on the penthouse deciding what to do with your cash, money and power. But your not.
Go You.
I think it is a very good plan.
The world is ours if we manage to perceive it that way…
Cheers,
T.
